Fall and Winter Bite Sized Sessions

$265 - $100 Deposit - 25 Minutes - 25 edited photos minimum

Twenty-five minutes gives us more room than a traditional mini without committing you to a full one-hour session. Your gallery will include all of the best final images, with at least 25 photographs delivered. You will not have to choose from a proofing gallery or pay to unlock the rest.

This amount of time works really well for families with young children. We can move around and let the kids explore without stretching the session past the point when everybody is done.

Sessions take place at Northwest Community Park off Bluemound. It has water, trees and dirt paths, and it works for both fall and winter photos. These are some of my most popular sessions, and I can only fit a limited number into the season.


If you want more time than a quick mini but do not need a full session, this is the middle option.

This park is one of my favorite places in DFW. We have water, trees and dirt paths, and it is usually not overly busy. Twenty-five minutes also feels like the right amount of time for a lot of families. We can run around and explore, then finish before the kids lose interest.


If you want fall or winter photos and do not care about choosing a custom location or doing a full hour, these are probably a good fit.

A Little Advice For Picking a Date:


This sounds a little backward, but if you want the photos to feel more like Christmas, I recommend choosing an earlier date while the park is still green. The photo at the top of this page is a good example. If you want more of a fall look with less green grass and leaves on the ground, choose something closer to late November or early December.


Texas does not follow a reliable fall schedule. It can still be warm in October and early November, and the leaves may not really start falling until December. The photos above were taken at different points in the season so you can see how much the park changes.


If you book a date in late October or early November, clothing with layers is helpful. We may get an 80-degree day or a 50-degree day, and everyone is happier when they are not melting in a sweater or freezing in a sundress.
