My name is Alisha Suzanne, but you can call me Alli. I am a Fort Worth family photographer, a wife and a mom who has lived in Texas my whole life. I have always had a thing for photography. Actually, I love it. I love the technical side, but I will not bore you with all of that here. What I really love is getting a genuine reaction out of someone, turning it into something beautiful and knowing that moment may end up framed in their home. I love the whole process, and turning it into a career is one of the best things I have ever done.
You do not need to reach out with every detail already figured out. I can help you choose a location, talk through outfits and answer the random questions that usually come up before a session.
When it is time to shoot, I will give you direction so you are not standing there wondering what to do. I am also going to leave room for your family to be themselves. If your child wants to pick up rocks for a minute, we can work with that. I would rather let a real moment happen than spend the whole session trying to force perfect behavior.
Afterward, I hand edit your gallery and deliver every final image that turned out. I do not make you choose a small set of favorites. If an image belongs in the story of your session, I want you to have it.
Once you are on the calendar, I am here to help with the planning. We can choose a location that works for your family, talk through clothing and make sure you know what to expect. My goal is for you to arrive feeling prepared without spending the whole week stressed about photos.
You do not need to know how to pose yourself or make your kids perform. I will give you things to do, move you into good light and step in when you need more direction. I will usually try for at least one photo where everyone is looking at the camera, but most of our time will be spent playing and paying attention to the way your family naturally interacts.
I am not only correcting light and color when I edit. I am paying attention to the feeling of the whole gallery and the smaller details that help the session feel complete. You will receive every final image that turned out because I do not think your family should have to narrow the experience down to ten favorites. I want the photos to bring you back to what this season actually felt like.
